Alam has owned and operated over 39 shops in and around Australia, ranging from cafes, restaurants and bars. With over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, he has trained and qualified over 100 chefs and pizza makers. With every shop owned, he has supported future success with projection figures and an understanding of what is necessary to succeed.
Experienced in logistics and training, he owned an insulation company that had two call centres and employed more than 100 staff members. He won the state-wide government tender to go correct problems that were left by other companies.
