In his wide-ranging career Bruce Rylance has earned thirty-five years of experience in Construction, Hospitality Sales including Selling Cafes, Food Services, and Warehousing & Distribution – as well as having been a specialist business broker working in the sale of hotels and motels.
Early in his career, Bruce consulted on the construction and fit-out of many major International Hotels, Resorts, and Shopping Centres – including Crown Casino, Star City Casino, Hyatt International, Hilton, Sofitel, Sheraton Group, Australia Fair, Logan Hyperdome – just to name a few. His role was as FF&E Manager and Purchasing Manager responsible for the specifications and the total initial fit-out of the projects, including all the kitchens & equipment, food & beverage, food courts, Night Clubs, Bars, fine dining, and Restaurants – even the staff canteens!
Bruce also has a background in Project Marketing & Commercial Sales, having sold high rise apartments, resorts, motels, management rights, hotels etc. As a specialist business broker, Bruce is able to draw upon his vast experience, and his extensive knowledge, to assist clients working in the foodservice and hospitality areas.
