1.4. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Intellectual Property without Bsale's prior written consent.

7. Warranties Related to Content

7.2. You confirm that you have proper authority to list the business or franchise and that relevant parties have provided consent.
7.3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining appropriate valuations and independent advice.
8. Intellectual Property Rights in User Content
8.1. You retain ownership of your content but grant Bsale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and display it across platforms.
8.2. You waive moral rights and confirm that any third-party contributors to your content have done the same.
9. Payments and Advertising
9.1. Listings will be published upon payment or acceptance of trial terms. Fees may change over time with notice.
9.2. Non-payment may result in account suspension or collection of outstanding amounts.
9.3. Bsale reserves the right to promote your ad across channels unless you notify us otherwise.
10. Content Status and Removal
10.1. You must update your listing when the business is sold or withdrawn. Bsale may remove content that violates these Terms.
10.2. Bsale may extend advertising timeframes at its discretion.
11. Account Cancellation
11.1. Bsale may suspend or delete accounts for breaches, overdue invoices, or if they are in competition with Bsale.
11.2. Bsale may also cancel accounts deemed harmful or fraudulent.
12. Direct Marketing and Notifications
12.1. You may receive emails and notifications based on account activity, including buyer alerts, listing changes, and new features.
12.2. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
13. Privacy and Cookies
13.1. By using Bsale, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including the use of tracking technologies for analytics and service delivery.
14. Release and Indemnity
14.1. You release Bsale from liability for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site.
14.2. Bsale is not liable for disputes or outcomes between users.
14.3. You agree to indemnify Bsale against claims, losses, and expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
