With the family business being a bakery in the North-West of England, bakery and food businesses are close to my heart. I have fond memories of school holidays spent working in the bakery.
After emigrating to Australia in 1999 I transitioned from financial services to operations within the fitness industry and over the last few years have used that experience to move across to consulting and business sales.
With many parallels between the two sectors and with my background in food businesses, finance and the hyper competitive fitness industry I am well placed to support hospitality business owners with consulting and business sales services.
