Shumit Banerjee as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of an established NSW based construction business, specialising in building solutions for high end residential projects.

The following are key merits of the business:
- established network of clientele and suppliers;
- strong existing relationships within the industry;
- currently no active contracts or projects; and
- No staff.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 4:00pm (AEDT) on 14 May 2024.
