As the recent recipient of the AIBB National Business Broker of the Year & AIBB Deal Maker of the year, we wanted to know who is Brad Potter and what led to his success as a prominent business broker in Australia. 

Brad is no newcomer to these awards, having won the AIBB Business Broker of the Year an impressive 6 times. 

With over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of industries, Brad Potter is an icon in the business broking industry and excels in his niche market. 

He has extensive experience in the buying and selling of Healthcare related businesses within the Western Australian market.  

Since establishing The Health Linc in 2008, Brad has sold in excess of 430 businesses which include Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Dental Technicians, Podiatrists, Day Surgeries and Pharmacies. Brad specialises in providing a complete service for business and property owners wishing to sell and assists many practices to maximise their value and achieve maximum outcomes.

Brad’s services also extend to the buyer, including assessing a business’s potential and negotiating the acquisition to achieve a favourable outcome for both parties.

Provision of additional professional services completes Brad’s profile including market appraisals of businesses, leasing negotiations, cashflow forecasting and business planning & market analysis.

Brad is an active member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers family, currently serving as Conference organiser for WA.
