In addition, his various industry accolades showcase his talents in high-level negotiation and sales. With a background in senior marketing and management positions, it’s no surprise that Alan has a successful track record with negotiating various freehold property transactions, including the Trustee House, the CML Building and 'Alceme' in Hobart’s city centre, and 22 Gepp Parade major industrial complex.
