Mike founded Baton Advisory in 2018 and manages the business as well as being the primary deal maker.
Mike graduated in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford, gained his MBA from Massey University and is a Chartered Accountant. He started his career with Price Waterhouse in London & Wellington, worked as an analyst with NatWest Markets before specialising in the SME sector. Mike loves helping people pass on the Baton of business ownership.
