Bond Business Brokers is led by Founder and Principal, Simon Mostafa.
Business has always been part of Simon's life. Growing up in a family involved in retail and hospitality, before owning businesses across the hospitality, food, beverage and events industries himself, he understands first-hand the commitment, challenges and rewards that come with business ownership.
Over two decades of experience through firms including KLEMMS, LINK & ASLAN Business Brokers, Simon recognised there was an opportunity to create something different. Over more the years, he developed the ideas, systems and client experience that would eventually become Bond Business Brokers—a boutique business brokerage built on relationships, honesty and genuine service.
As Founder and Principal, Simon leads the business with a hands-on approach, providing leadership and guidance across every listing and client relationship. Whether representing a business personally or mentoring members of the team, his focus remains the same—to deliver exceptional service and achieve the right outcome for every client.
A proud Gold Coast local, Simon enjoys raising his family in the community he works in. He understands that behind every business is a person, a family and years of hard work. That perspective continues to shape the way Bond works today—building trusted relationships, giving honest advice and helping clients move confidently into their next chapter.
