Stephen is a well-experienced Commercial Real Estate dealmaker, managing his day to day between Manly NSW and a rural base in the Hinterland of Northern NSW. In partnership with colleagues, Steve services New South Wales and Queensland and is a cross border specialist. Bringing over 3 decades of diverse Hotel & Liquor industry knowledge and a multi-level broad-ranging skill set to his passion for hospitality businesses. He has owned, managed, renovated and refurbished many pubs, hotels and motels in NSW and has a genuine joy and enthusiasm for this exciting, rewarding and ever-changing industry and is proud to be a hands-on industry specialist. As an experienced and ever evolving negotiator, he has had dealings with various levels of government, it’s agencies, receivers and managers appointed, banks, lenders and business experts. He has also enjoyed time spent as sub-branch President of the AHA (NSW) and as an active representative on numerous liquor accords & tourism-related bodies. In 2009 Steve established the Kosciuszko Brewery with Dr Chuck Hahn in Jindabyne and as he travels, sees the now famous pale ale in every corner of the country. Steve has a solid understanding of issues surrounding the Hospitality sector and works closely with Industry experts and real estate peers to stay at the forefront of Hospitality commerce. A short break from hotels from 2000-2003 saw him successfully selling multi-million-dollar residential properties on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. He has a strong work ethic and desire to match people to "the most exciting and dynamic industry in the nation at the moment". Steve sees the role of selling hospitality & accommodation businesses a dream career.
