Stuart McLachlan has been a Registered Business Broker since 2003 and has been active in appraisals & the sale of businesses on a continual basis since this time, with experience across a wide range of industries, including:

- Manufacturing (incl. $10 mill plus businesses)
- Import, Wholesale & Distribution
- Online, E-commerce businesses
Stuart has appraised and sold more than 10 online, e-commerce businesses in the past 12 months. He specializes in the appraisal of these new age businesses, which occupy the fastest growing sector of retail in Australia.
Stuart has formal qualifications in accounting and believes that this is very beneficial in interpreting financial reports and providing a value added service to his clients.
Stuart is currently in the process of becoming a registered business valuer with the Australian Institute of Business Brokers.
This qualification complies with the appointment criteria of the Accounting Professional and Ethics Standard Board Standard No. 225 for valuation services. This standard has been adopted by the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Australian National Institute of Accountants and The Australian Certified Practising Accountants.
