Adelaide Business Sales Pty Ltd was incorporated in late 1989 and commenced trading January 1990.

The founding Director of the company, Jeff Romanowski, has over 33 years experience in the specialised field of Business Broking - originally starting out in September 1986. 

His personal and professional approach, enthusiasm and know how has earned him an excellent reputation amongst Vendors and Purchasers. Jeff says - "part of my success is attributed to having a genuine interest in people and trying to help them to achieve what they have set out to do, whether that's selling or buying a business".

Jeff is certainly well qualified in business sales and has successfully negotiated the sale of a broad range of businesses from retail to wholesale through to manufacturing and service orientated businesses with varying sale values. We usually act on behalf of a Vendor of a business. However, we can also advise and act on behalf of a Purchaser, (not on the same transaction though). Other services include: preparation of private Contracts and assisting with Lease negotiation.
