Jim’s Skip Bins was launched as an extension to the Mowing division. In 2006 Jim was approached to develop the Jim’s Skip Bin division and was up and running by 20**** **** . Jim’s Skip Bins & its hire services are dedicated to servicing the waste removal and recycling needs of the community, with trained and professional franchisees. Wherever possible, we belong to the local Waste Management Association, in order to remain up to date with industry developments. Jim’s have modern trucks and equipment in the fleet for enabling its hire services, along with well trained and experienced franchisees.
Jim’s Skip Bins now welcome franchise inquiries. We are looking for motivated people, wanting to grow and develop their own business. Prospective franchisees must present well and pride themselves on customer service. Franchisees should communicate well, enabling them to develop long term relationships with potential long term clients.
Lifestyle is the most common reason people join Jim’s. Franchisees enjoy working in the great outdoors, being in control of their own destiny and satisfaction from being self-employed.
Current operators are also welcome to join Jim’s Skip Bins. Experienced operators enjoy working in a smaller geographic area and are able to quickly grow their business to multiple trucks and employees, eventually getting off the road and into project managing. Current operators also benefit from the buying power of the Jim’s Group, with cheaper rates on insurance, phones, trucks and more.
Franchisees enjoy the benefit of many self-generated leads, repeat clients & referrals. There are no fees charged on self-generated work. A Jim’s Skip Bins Franchisee does not pay a set percentage of their turnover like some Franchise Systems. There is no additional Franchise fee charged if you wish to put on more trailers, or have employees.
