TRAINING PROVIDED

You will then spend a week with two different existing Franchisee's in their territory, followed by a week of introductions with our Managing Director. Plus, you'll also get a comprehensive handover from the selling franchisee, who has excellent data and systems in place.
You'll be a confident chip repairer in no time!

SKILLS NEEDED
As a mobile service business, customer experience is key. It's important you know how to build long-term relationships by providing a high level of customer service (reliable, responsive and easy). In addition, as a small business owner it's important you can manage the various tasks to keep your business operational - answering calls, following up emails, sending invoices etc. Lastly, providing high quality repairs. Do you complete projects at home? Are you practical? Do you like learning new things? If so, we can train you on the rest.

LENGTH OF AGREEMENT
We offer 5 year agreements with the option to renew for a further 5 years. We have franchisee's that are young and getting started, as well as those who have had a wealth of experience and looking for more control and balance in their later years.
