Building Managers Contract & Property Portfolio (nth Melbourne) (gloc080a)

The Manager oversees building management and facility operations to ensure all aspects of the building are working properly. Duties will generally involve the following;

• Asset Management
Manage online system to control and maintain plant and equipment. Monitor the performance of assets and identify any issues for preventative management.

• Certification & Scheduled Maintenance
Carry out a full inspection of equipment and create a schedule of inspection, testing, certification and maintenance servicing requirements to meet both statutory regulations and equipment manufacturers’ recommendations.

• Access Control & Key Register
Maintain an online access control register which tracks all keys that have been issued including number of access controls, type and code, and what stratum the key is issued to.

• By-law Compliance
Ensures by-law compliance and notify strata manager and committee of any breached.

• Parking & Vehicle Management
Monitor issues relating to parking or vehicle management and their assigned spaces.

• Cleaning Services
Provide a full cleaning service of full or part-time cleaning contractors and cleaning supervision.

Adjusted Net Profit $125,000 per annum
