It’s located on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn and has 5 private treatment rooms, all with sinks, plus a reception/waiting area, kitchen/staff room, separate male and female bathrooms, and secure underground parking.

It’s also only around a 5-minute walk from Glenferrie Station, with a tram stop directly outside. It’s in a really busy part of Glenferrie Road with a lot of passing foot traffic and is surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants, schools, offices and other businesses, so there’s a constant flow of people through the area. It’s a great location for a beauty, wellness or treatment-based business because of the visibility, accessibility and surrounding local customer base.

The space is already fully fitted out, so essentially all you would need to do is rebrand it to your business and start operating.

If you don’t need all 5 rooms straight away, you could also rent the additional rooms out for extra income while you grow. I previously rented them for around $400–$500 per week or $100–$150 per day. I also have a list of people who have already enquired about renting rooms, which I’d be happy to pass on to you so you could potentially start filling them straight away.
