Rajiv Ghedia, as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of an established restaurant and food supplier business that specialises in Indian cuisine. Both the restaurant and food supplier warehouse are located in Canberra, ACT. The following are key merits of the business:

• Annual turnover of approximated $2.5 million;

• Established restaurant business which has traded since 2016;

• Employing (31) employees under either casual, part-time, or full- time terms; and

• Unencumbered equipment located within the food supplier warehouse.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 16 November 2023.
