b) Turnover: $1,276,961 (based upon Company’s Xero accounting records for FY26)

c) Other key merits:
• Employs approx. four (4) full-time employees, including the Directors and one (1) apprentice;
• Established customer and supplier network;
• Established business which has traded since 2021; and
• Fleet of vehicles and equipment for landscaping business.
