Rajiv Ghedia, as Liquidator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a business that specialises in cleaning services to commercial clients. The following are key merits of the business:

• Providing cleaning services to commercial clients in the NSW region since 2020;

• Annual turnover of approximately $600k (unaudited) for FY24; and

• Established business network including clientele and contractors.
