Going Concern - Sale Of A Subway Franchise Restaurant And Bookkeeping Business

Rajiv Ghedia, as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a Subway franchise restaurant and bookkeeping business operating within NSW.

Turnover: $1 million (based upon unaudited financials of Financial Year 2024 and YTD for Financial Year 2025)

Services Provided:

• Subway franchise restaurant (primary operation); and

• Bookkeeping services (i.e. payroll processing, superannuation processing, accounting record maintenance, etc)

Key merits of the Subway franchise:

• The Company employs (approx.) 9 employees under either casual, part-time or full-time terms;

• Operates under an established international fast-food chain franchise;

• Unencumbered kitchen equipment; and

• Established restaurant business which has traded since 2018.

Key merits of the bookkeeping business:

• Experienced and knowledgeable bookkeepers; and

• Established clients.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 10 July 2025.
