Rajiv Ghedia, as Liquidator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a Brisbane based business that provides property maintenance services to real property managers by connecting them with reliable and affordable tradespeople through an Enterprise Management System.

The Business offers a broad range of property maintenance services, including:

a. Handyman (general repairs and maintenance)
b. Carpentry services
c. Electrical installations and maintenance
d. Glazier (windows, doors, shower screens, storm repairs, etc.)
e. Roof, gutter and other plumbing repairs and maintenance
f. Gardening and landscaping

All of the property maintenance services are provided by contractors sourced by the Business.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 15 September 2023.
