Going Concern - Sale Of Carpentry Business

Rajiv Ghedia, as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a Queensland based business that specialises in residential carpentry services such as:

• renovations and rectification works;
• supply of materials and installation of roofs, walls, ceilings and doors; and
• framing and cement cladding.

The following are key merits of the business:

• the Company has 18 full time employees;
• established customer and supplier network;
• strong existing relationships within the industry;
• multiple projects underway with projects in the pipeline; and
• estimated turnover (UNAUDITED) of $2.3 million for FY23.

An information package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 6 June 2024.
