Going Concern - Sale Of Carpentry Business

Rajiv Ghedia, as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a Victorian based business that specialises in residential carpentry services such as:

• renovations (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and full home);
• extensions;
• restorations, plaster and timber repairs; and
• decks, pergolas car ports and sheds.

The following are key merits of the business:

• established customer and supplier network;
• strong existing relationships within the industry;
• multiple projects underway with projects in the pipeline; and
• estimated turnover (UNAUDITED) $8 million for FY23.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 11 April 2024.
