Going Concern - Sale Of Painting Business

Rajiv Ghedia, as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of a Victoria based business that specialises in residential painting services such as:

• house painting exterior, render and weatherboard;
• ceilings, walls, windows and doors;
• deck revival and coating;
• timber staining;
• pressure washing;

The following are key merits of the business:

• established customer and supplier network;
• strong existing relationships within the industry;
• multiple projects underway with projects in the pipeline; and
• estimated turnover (UNAUDITED) of $2.5 million for FY23.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 11 April 2024.
