Going Concern Sale – Car Accessories Wholesle/retail Business

Rajiv Ghedia and Shumit Banerjee, as Joint and Several Administrators, are seeking expressions of interest for the sale of an established VIC retail/wholesale business that sells motor vehicle accessories (predominately audio accessories). The following are key merits of the business:

- established network of clientele and suppliers;

- income generated from online sales, as well as through brick and mortar;

- three employees (including the Director), as well as contractors based in India;

- trading from leased premises located in Laverton North, VIC; and

- turnover of over $2M during the financial year ending 30 June 2022.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $5,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 4:00pm on Friday, 10 March 2023.
