Background

Since COVID more people than ever are registering new businesses in Australia. According to recent figures that number is 250,897 companies per year and rising. Increasingly these are first-time business owners who are realising the value of a business they can operate from home.

The Business

We have set up an operation to assist new business startups to set-up their new business correctly from day one. It takes away all the hassles people have when they kick off their businesses, allowing people to concentrate on operations.

We have already have a number of happy customers. Very good margins 69.8 % on Selling Price (profit of $4,155+ per sale). Everything has been set-up so the purchaser only has to takeover and start a more active marketing strategy. Social Media is in place as well as a landing page on the website and SEO has been setup on the site. We have also created a Google Ad Words campaign that can be commenced when ready.

So far our sales have simply come from building the website and through a collaboration hub.




The Products

We have two separate packages.

·        $5,950 - Getting Started package for example registers a company for the client, registers them for GST, registers a domain, creates business stationery designs, sets up emails and logos, develops a 5 page website, provides website hosting, provides sessions with a business lawyer, a business coach, an accountant, a book keeper, a finance broker, a marketing person, an IT person and an insurance person.

·        $8,450 - The Raise Your Profile package builds on the basic package with SEO, Google Ad Words, social media, a larger website etc.

There is a healthy margin on both packages, with gross profits of $ 4,155 and $5,166 so the sale of only 2 packages will pay for your cost of purchasing the business.

A Getting Started package takes around 4 to 5 hours to put together so each sale provides a terrific return in relation to the work involved ($800 -1,000 per hour).




Service Delivery

We have put together a team of professionals who provide our clients with all the necessary services to start their business. These professionals have been selected with care over a period of time. Our suppliers (web designers, SEO Specialists, Logo Creators, SEO and Google Adwords experts and Social Media specialists) have been used by us so we know they can be trusted to do a great job at good prices. These have been setup in different states if required

We will provide full training and we will be available for three months after settlement to assist you with any operational issues.

Even a small number of sales will be highly profitable. The buyer could also consider replicating the business or franchising for each Australian state or capital city.
