Home-based Car Subscription & Rental Business | Established Fleet | Relocatable

An established vehicle subscription and rental business offering a flexible, low-overhead operating model with the ability to be relocated to suit an incoming purchaser.

Established in 2023, the business operates predominantly online and by appointment, providing customers with access to vehicles without the commitment of traditional ownership or long-term leasing.

The fleet remains consistently in rotation with customers, meaning there is no requirement for a large yard or commercial premises. Only a small number of vehicles are generally kept at the home base at any one time, making the operation well suited to its current home-based structure.

The owner is a qualified mechanic and works full-time in the business, supported by his wife on a part-time basis handling administration. This creates an attractive opportunity for someone within the automotive industry, or an owner-operator looking to take over an established model with further growth potential.
