The strategic decision to not work with, or for, builders is due to a historically poor record of not being paid on time or in some cased, not being paid at all. Builders also had unrealistic expectations and demands. This, compared with the ease and reliability of the work that stems from the real estate referrals and private customers, has determined the company's strategic path to where it now sees approximately 70% of all orders originate from real estate agent referrals, 20% from private customers and 10% from other sources. Real estate agents and private customers are also more willing to provide online references and feedback via Google reviews etc, which results in a positive online presence that in turn attracts more clients. There is no business or commercial debt associated with company assets.
The Kitchens factory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from Italy and Germany and has five vehicles.
The factory is well located in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
The company uses Cabinet vision design and manufacturing program and construction project management software from Buildertrend. The website has also recently been revamped with a focus on search engine capability.
A longstanding Management and Marketing team are also employed.
