WHAT YOUR GETTING
- There are 57 Properties. All regular Lawn mowing clients with a little bit of extra gardening at a couple of them.
- Clients are mostly in and around 3 areas including Mt Lawley area, Wembley Downs area and Balcatta area.
- 9 of the properties are for a real estate agency who I've worked for over 6 years and have a great relationship with.
- Annual income for these 57 Properties is $42,940. It works out to around $75-$100 per hour.
- The work takes 1 person around 10-11 hours per week.

- In addition to the income above, the Real Estate agency also sends extra work orders quite regularly for garden cleanups. pruning. and mowing. I would estimate the annual income from the Work orders to be at least
$5000+
- On top of this there's extra income to be made from the other regular clients for spraying, mulching, fertilizing, pruning etc.
- A lot of the clients refer me to other people also and I haven't had to advertise since 2017.

Regrettable sale but I'm running another business and it's getting too hard to manage both.
