This is a website with online shopping business with national customers.
Established in Bendigo, Victoria in 2012, we have owned it since February 2014.
Being an online business, the changeover from states was straightforward.
Since then, with the support of the owners the business has grown to what it is today.

REASON FOR SELLING
Age & Health and we are wanting to retire.

POTENTIAL FOR BUSINESS
There is huge potential for someone younger and more motivated. There are horse events in all states every weekend that attract huge numbers of competitors and the public. We haven't tapped into this market yet.

There is the same for dog shows in most states.

Another potential market is peoples' Pain Management and Sports Expos.

BUSINESS ADVANTAGES
The biggest advantage we have is that the product is unique and only manufactured by Back on Track in Sweden, and we have the sole distributorship Australia wide. We have a few distributors on the east coast, but they get their supply directly from us.

EMPLOYEE STRUCTURE
Owner Raelene works about 25 hours per week.
Duties getting orders from website, invoicing, picking, and packing orders, mailing orders. Answering queries and emails from customers.

We have one casual who works about 15 hours per week and another who only works 3-4 hours per week. Their duties are the same as above.

We employ the services of a marketing person who works full time off site. Duties:
• Advertising on Facebook and lnstagram.
• Sending mailouts to customers who have registered on our website. Fixing any problems with our website, back end, and front end.

TRADEMARKS & IP ADDRESS
Back on Track has a worldwide logo which we can use. We also have access to their product pictures, studio photos and photo shoots. These are all done professionally.

AGREEMENTS
The owner of Back on Track Sweden has agreed to transfer the agreement and consignment stock to the purchaser, under the same arrangement as we have.

STOCK ON HAND
We have stock which is owned by us which the purchase will have to buy, and stock which we have on consignment. With the consignment stock we report our monthly sales to Sweden at the end of every month. They in turn send us an invoice which we must pay by the 17th of that month. Consignment stock is purchased and paid for in US$.

Extensive shelving racks and plastic tubs for stock storage available upon request.
