Established 7 years probably Brisbanes biggest Pet Treat stall. 3 Dogs & a Bone is for sale due to my health issues. Currently going to 4 markets a week. Rocklea & Helensvale Saturday, Mount Gravatt Sunday and Brisbane City Markets on Wednesday. Well established at all 4 markets our reputation has hundreds of repeat customers weekly plus the range and quality of product can not be beaten. We do not make our own products as you just can not buy a dehydrator and dry meat to sell, you need a licence and an approved facility. We only sell Australian & New Zealand product from reputable wholesalers, nothing from China or Brazil and our customers appreciate that. Apart from treats we sell Dry Meals 4 Mutts dog food, dog toys, shampoos, accessories, cat treats and toys and bird seed. Only at Rocklea is everything available for sale. Included in the sale in a website XXXXXXXXXX which has plenty of of growth still in it as its sort of been neglected but still made $12000 in sales last year, all stock approx $30000 retail value and a 2014 Renault van valued at $15000, I will have the option to buy the business without the van.I run all markets except Helensvale, I have a wonderful young lady that has run that market for me for the past 2 years and she loves doing it, the customers love her and id love for her to stay doing that stall. Ideally id prefer animal lovers to take over the business as I believe customers can see the passion in someone that loves animals and will connect with you on that level. The potential for growth in the business is huge especially with the online and possibly opening retail shops but also with the amount of markets in Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast there is definitely potential to expand to other markets. Sales have already exceeded $200000 in this financial year and growing every year.
