We are offering our Amazing Licensed Restaurant in Emerald Beach, a popular tourist destination and growing population. Same Owners or 10 years with 4-6 additional Staff most nights to assist in opening/prep etc.

We are busy all year round, with an excellent reputation for great food and service. Now is your chance to grab a fun but profitable restaurant that offers you a sea change opportunity.
Friendly locals support both Dine-in and Takeaway Services. Currently operating 5 Days a week Thursday-Monday (inclusive) from 5pm. Emerald Beach
Situated 200m from an ideal surf beach with plenty of locals and tourists. Approx 16km North Coffs Harbour. An amazing holiday destination surrounded by National Parks and other Surf Beaches to choose from. Discovery Park situated 250m away with a large number of Air BnB's in Emerald Beach and surrounding Suburbs. Local produce from local Growers and Suppliers 6 Days a Week.

Seating
Indoor/Outdoor seating for 40-50 people depending on table configuration. Suit energetic couple. Air Conditioned Comfort for staff and Diners inside. Ceiling Fans in the undercover outdoor area, with Gas Heaters during the colder months (But its not that cold here).

Turnover
$700k p/a turnover with growth potential. We have experienced 12-15% growth each year including during Covid string numbers.

Bar Facilities
Tap Beer system (DB Breweries), Drinks Fridges, Blenders, Shakers, Coffee Machine, Ice Machine and Glass Washer all included.

Kitchen
All equipment/major mechanical parts have been replaced in our 10 years of ownership. Walk in and start cooking/serving. Eswood32 passthrough dishwasher, 6 burner LPG Gas Oven Fryers with dedicated seafood fryer. Freezer and Coolroom, Prep Fridge and all shelving.
