Raaus Flight Training School (victoria)

INTRODUCTION:
Established in 2019, this dual location RAAus registered Flight Training School (FTS) is offered as a true turn-key solution, including aircraft, teaching aids, established student base, fuelling facilities and hangarage.

THE FLIGHT SCHOOL:
The school operates a Jabiru J-160C aircraft at Swan Hill (YSWH) and Warracknabeal (YWKB) airports and has built a reputation for high-quality flight training, focussing on RAAus RPC, PAX endorsements, X-Country training and BFR's. Students are almost exclusively on all-inclusive packages that ensure student commitment to training, with an online booking system that allows for students to book their flights in half or full day slots (based on operator-set availability at both locations).

LOCATIONS & FACILITIES:
Both locations have well-established and very reasonable agreements for hangarage and briefing rooms. Swan Hill offers hangarage and a fully self-contained briefing room with electronic Samsung whiteboard, internet and kitchen facilities. Warracknabeal offers hangarage, cub-room facilities with white board, high-speed internet and kitchen facilities.

ASSETS INCLUDED IN SALE:
1. A fully-contained, purpose built briefing room made with solid steel (fork-lift friendly) frame and outdoor-proof (if moved). Designed for easy lift & transport. Includes water, kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave. A 65" Samsung Flip 2 electronic whiteboard, printer and other equipment (Swan Hill location).

2. Jabiru J-160C aircraft. A very nicely presented and maintained example with 900 hours engine and propeller time. Newly fitted AV-30 EFIS, Garmin 660 GPS, digital T&B indicator, Microair ADSB transponder, Microair Comm VHF radio, new alternator, newly upholstered seating and pockets, fully branded in school logo / colours.

3. Bespoke 800 litre 12V fuel system with particulate filter, solar panel charging, litre counter, static line, safety signage, fuel nozzle and fire hydrants. Near new (2023 build). Currently at Warracknabeal.

4. Bespoke 12V 400 litre fuel cart with digital fuel meter, filler nozzle, static line, fire hydrant and charger. Currently at Swan Hill.

5. Filing cabinets x 2, student training records, full suite of exams, manuals and required documentation for an RAAUs FTS. Charts, text books, stationery, iCom VHF radio, PLB (for training aircraft), chocks, tools and other equipment.

6. Existing student base of between 12-15 students all currently actively training weekly / fortnightly. Future cash-flows guaranteed.
