Uncorked & Cultivated is an Australian wine consultancy established in Brisbane in 1991, founded by acclaimed Master of Wine Peter Scudamore-Smith, over the last 10 years he has created and booked these gastronomic tours to all of the private winery houses, unique accommodation hotels and restaurants in some of the most beautiful regions in the world, whilst enjoying and savouring first class wine and food.
The small group tours are made up with around max 12-15 people. Peter has worked hard to establish close business relationships with the wineries, winemakers, winery owners, restaurants, tour bus operators and Hotels to enable these tours to function seamlessly.
The time has come where Peter wants to sell and hand over the baton and coach the new owner of his wine tour business for the upcoming yearly pre booked tours in 2019. Do you feel you could travel Europe 2-3 times a year hosting guests wanting to view and sample the best of the best.
