We make available to a suitable purchaser one of NZ’s purest Natural Spring Water sources originating from a large underground aquifer. A Resource Consent is issued to extract forty-three million litres per annum (120,000 litres a day) from the existing bore on the property, expiring 30 September 2030 (renewable).

The owner closed the factory May 2022 with no forward preventative maintenance undertaken at time of closure. The factory, grounds & plant are in a state of disrepair, requiring power to be reconnected to the factory and full plant maintenance undertaken to become operational.

This is an opportunity to provide (1) Bottled Water (PET/GLASS), (2) 10L Water in A Box and (3) Bulk Water and includes:

a) Water Extraction Resource Consent;
b) Existing automated bottling production line;
c) New automated bottling production line not fully installed;
d) Approx. 1570sqm factory; and
e) Land: 15.0450 hectares/37.18 acres.



This is an opportunity to acquire the business operation in its current non-operational state and establish a new venture supplying domestic and/or international clients. The final plant configuration will be tailored to suit the specific requirements of your customer orders.
