CRE’s valuation team, headed by Kevin Connolly, specialises in tourism & leisure, commercial and industrial property valuation. CRE offers sworn valuations, rental determinations, and feasibility studies.
Foundations
Kevin Connolly founded Connolly Real Estate over 30 years ago in Brighton. He later moved the business to Sandringham during this time establishing himself as a valuer. Developing a passion for tourism and hospitality, Kevin staked his future on his enthusiasm for the sector, which is now reflected in his reputation as an industry leader.
Present Day
CRE Brokers continues to position itself as a front-runner in the tourism hospitality sector. In 2013 CRE Brokers expanded to include Albury and Tasmania and joined by Craig Clark in 2014, branches in NSW and Queensland quickly forged new territories for the group. Before joining the business Clark enjoyed a successful, award-winning career as an agent and operator in the tourism industry.
CRE Brokers are members of the Australian Hotels Association, Victorian Parks Association, CRVA, Hotels & Motels Association of Australia, Master Grocers Association, Victorian Hotel Brokers Association, Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Real Estate Institute of NSW and Australian Property Institute.
