Kevin Connolly is a Director of Connolly Roberts Estate Pty Ltd trading as CRE Brokers. He became a Practising Valuer in 1978 and a licensed Estate Agent / Broker in 1982. Kevin is a licensed Estate Agent and Business Broker in Victoria, NSW, Tasmania and South Australia. While also a member of the Real Estate Institutes of Victoria, NSW and Tasmania. Over many years Kevin has sold and leased a full range of hospitality properties/businesses and remains very enthusiastic for the Industry. Kevin is a Certified Practising Valuer for both freehold and businesses, being an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. Specialising in the valuation of hospitality properties and businesses. With this skill set Kevin is regularly called upon by various Government, Industry Bodies, Landlords and Tenants to act as determining valuer on rental dispute cases. Kevin commenced his own commercial Real Estate Business in 1982, Connolly Real Estate P/L. In 2002 his brother Peter joined the company as a partner and they changed the name to CRE Brokers. With the change of name came specialising only in the sale of freehold and leasehold motels, hotels, caravan parks and other hospitality ventures. In 2009 Peter Connolly retired and Kevin’s current partner, Hugh Roberts, became a Director of CRE Brokers. Kevin is an active member of Caravan Industry of Australia and Vic Parks. CRE Brokers has for many years been a proud sponsor for their annual conferences with Kevin always in attendance. CRE Brokers are also members of the Australian Hotels Association and the Hotel Brokers Association.
