We acquired this business in December 2022, building it from the ground up. Seat area up to 60 pax including indoor and outdoor. Today, we’ve established a loyal customer base with weekly sales reaching $12k, all while maintaining competitive pricing compared to similar restaurants. There’s potential to increase prices by up to 30%. The reason for selling is to fully focus on my other business ventures.
