A lot of love has gone in to FeeFee's Bar on Johnston Street. So much so that the vendor described it as her surrogate child. Now with a sibling, as the venue has expanded to take over the shop next door with an internal doorway between the two.

There is footpath trading on two frontages for twelve. Heading in you walk past the DJ booth by the front window. Inside it is a mass of colour, ornaments and framed prints of old school rockstars surrounding the boothed seating. Further in is the long fully equipped bar and a large curved raised booth followed by a covered heated courtyard and large store room. Next door has a more intimate lounge area with built in booth seating. Behind this area, an outdoor corridor leads down past a store room/potential kitchen, more toilets, a kitchenette and the venue office. From the venue photos you'll see the place can be described as fun and decadent.

FeeFee's Bar has an On Premises liquor licence until 1am with a capacity of 60. An incoming owner could have this increased up to at least 100. There are two leases with the business. 111 is $522 a week with no GST with seven years left on the lease made up of 1+3+3. 113 has rent of $570 a week with no GST with six years left on the lease made up of 3+3. Both landlords are happy to negotiate extra terms. There is an extensive fixture and fittings list with everything that you see in the venue coming with the venue. There are no supplier or equipment contracts that need to be transferred.
