Currently completely owner operated, trading Monday - Friday 10:30am through 1:30pm (owners commuting from Northside of Brisbane). The two owners start each workday at 8am and finish at finish at 2pm. We do no external work on the business outside of picking up any ingredients that we don't get delivered. Approximately 1 hour a week.
