Hospitality remains the largest category on Bsale, accounting for approximately 28% of buyer enquiries nationally. Cafes for sale in Perth are available alongside restaurants, retail and franchises.

Nationally, enquiries for manufacturing businesses rose 59% year-on-year and automotive businesses 51%. In Perth, these include mechanics, transport businesses and engineering manufacturers.

Listings advertised as under management received around 30% more enquiries than the national average, while automated businesses, including car washes, attracted almost twice the average.

Buyer enquiries across Perth during the September 2026 quarter included suburbs such as Joondalup, West Perth, Cannington and Fremantle.
